I think the overall view of Essex girls is quite bad. But basically we are bright and intelligent and just want a good time

How do you feel about being labelled an "Essex Girl", even if you are not?

I am proud of being an “Essex Girl”. Everywhere you go people have heard of you and know you will always be up for a laugh. A lot of people think that Essex girls are brain dead and just giggle a lot. We are all individuals and don’t all dance around our hand bags in night clubs.
